Please ensure that you have measured your space correctly as all orders are non-refundable.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Includes the costs of packaging and shipping artwork door to door, but does not include any applicable customs, duties or excise taxes

UK:
No charge, shipping and handling included.

USA:
Artwork sized 25 cms x 25 cms to 50cms x 50 cms £85.00.

Artwork sized 51 cms x 51 cms or larger  £135.00. 

Europe:
Artwork sized 25 cms x 25 cms to 50cms x 50 cms  £45.

Artwork sized 51 cms x 51 cms or larger £85.

Please contact us for international shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Paintings will be insured, expertly packaged and delivered by Royal Mail or International courier.

UK: Artwork will normally be despatched within 7 working days of ordering and delivered within 10 working days. 

USA: Artwork will normally be despatched within 7 working days of ordering and delivered within 14 working days. 

Europe: Artwork will normally be despatched within 7 working days of ordering and delivered within 14 working days. 

Rest of the world: Please contact Marnie for international delivery details.

Handmade Nature of Artwork

All of Marnie’s artworks are individually handmade using natural fibres such as wool and silk. Each piece is unique, meaning that no two are ever the same and it is not possible to order multiple originals of the same painting. Due to the handmade nature of the work, slight variations in texture or finish are part of the creative process and should not be considered faults.

Every effort has been made to represent colours as accurately as possible through photography. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings or lighting conditions. Wool is also a delicate material, and artworks should be handled with care.

Damage During Transit

All artworks are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Marnie within 7 days of receipt at marniecollins25@gmail.com, including photographs of the damage and packaging.

Once the photographs have been reviewed, Marnie will advise on the next steps. As each piece is one of a kind, exact replacements are not possible.

Import Duties & Taxes

Prices shown do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. These charges can change suddenly and therefore, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

For reference, shipments to the USA fall under tariff code 9701 – “Original, hand-produced artwork”, which is currently classed as duty free under the U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule.

Exhibited Artwork

If an artwork is being exhibited at the time of purchase, dispatch will be delayed until the exhibition has ended. The item will then be shipped within 7 working days of the exhibition’s closure.

Digital Gift Cards

  1. Issuance & Redemption
    Purchased digital gift cards are delivered via email with a unique code and may be redeemed only on this website by entering the code at checkout.

  2. No Expiry
    Gift cards issued through the website do not expire.

  3. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

  4. Balance Use
    If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using accepted payment methods. Unused balance remains on the gift card for future use.

Fashion Accessories

Product Care & Safety:

  • Marnie’s felted jewellery pieces are handcrafted from natural fibres and may include metal or glass components. Please handle with care.

  • These items are not suitable for young children and should be kept out of reach of babies and toddlers due to small parts that may present a choking hazard.

Hygiene & Returns:

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

  • Please check product descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Materials & Variations:

  • Each felted jewellery piece is handmade and may vary slightly in colour, shape, or finish. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.
